Learning from the Best: STEM in Action at Aston

Aston STEM students got a special visit on March 17 from senior Hope Gladfelter during her second of three visits this year to Mr. Gladfelter’s STEM classes. Students took on a hands-on engineering challenge, designing and building their own catapults using limited materials.

Hope is one of five Chief Science Officers (CSOs) in the district, part of an international program that empowers students to promote STEM through outreach and education.
