Aston Elementary is thrilled to announce that Frankie DiCandia has won first place at the 2025 Invention Convention State Finals, held on February 12 in Hershey, Pennsylvania! Competing in the Elementary (K-4) category, Frankie wowed the judges with his innovative creation - the Cozzzy Illuminator, a neck pillow with an adjustable reading light designed to make nighttime reading more comfortable.
Frankie’s invention solves the common problem of using uncomfortable flashlights, headlamps, or neck lights when reading in bed. By combining comfort and functionality, the Cozzzy Illuminator allows readers to relax and adjust the light’s direction and brightness to their needs.
