Aston Student Honored as 2025 Phillies All-Star Student
Aston Elementary fourth grader Connor Huber has been selected as one of the 2025 Phillies All-Star Students, sponsored by LF Driscoll. Each year, the Phillies recognize students from across the region who demonstrate exceptional character, leadership, and kindness.
Connor was nominated by his teacher, Ms. Kelsey Vidal, who has seen firsthand the positive impact he’s made in the classroom and school community.
“Connor is always eager to make someone else feel welcome and put a smile on their face,” Ms. Vidal wrote in her nomination. “He's proud of his accomplishments, but enjoys celebrating the successes of others more.”
Connor joined the Penn-Delco community this year and quickly became an active and inspiring presence at Aston Elementary. From participating in school band and community sports to supporting his peers both academically and socially, Connor’s enthusiasm and kindness have made him a role model among his classmates.
Connor was honored on the field at Citizens Bank Park prior to the Phillies game on April 29. Ms. Vidal joined him on the field for the special recognition, and the Phillies captured the celebration with professional photos.
We are proud to celebrate Connor’s accomplishments and thrilled to see him recognized in such a meaningful way.
