To ensure a smooth registration, please gather and upload the following documents to our registration system:

Proof of Age

• Your child's birth certificate (state, hospital, or baptismal certificates are acceptable).

Immunizations and Physicals

• Your child's immunization records or immunization exemption letter.

• Current physical and dental forms (physicals from September 1, 2023, onwards).

Proof of Residency

You must prove residency within the Penn-Delco School District. Provide one document from each of the following lists:

Ownership or Lease (one document from this list):

• Deed to the property.
• Current monthly mortgage bill or statement.
• Settlement papers (for a home owned less than 1 month).
• Current year County, Borough, Township, or School District tax bill.
• Current and valid residential lease agreement (income tax documents are not acceptable for proof of ownership/rental).

Utility Bill for the Property (one document from this list):

• Electric bill.
• Home phone bill.
• Heating bill.
• Cable bill.
• Water bill.
• Sewer bill.
• Notice for the initiation of service to a home owned or rented for less than 1 month (credit card and insurance bills are not acceptable forms of utilities).

Identification:

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License or Pennsylvania State ID Card (must reflect the current property address within Penn-Delco).

Other Living Arrangements

Parent/Multiple Occupant in an Owned Home (all six documents required):

• Completed and notarized Multiple Occupancy forms for the current year.
• Homeowner’s proof of ownership.
• Current monthly utility bill in the homeowner's name (must be within 60 days).
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID card of the homeowner.
• Parent’s valid PA Driver’s License or State ID card.
• Parent must also provide one of the following items reflecting the address listed on the affirmation: W-2 Form, Public Assistance Letter, Current Pay Stub, Vehicle Registration Card, Utility Bill.

Parent/Multiple Occupant in a Rented Home or Apartment (all seven documents required):

• Completed and notarized Multiple Occupancy forms for the current year.
• Current and valid residential lease agreement.
• Current monthly utility bill in the leaseholder’s name (must be within 60 days).
• Valid PA Driver’s License or State ID card for the leaseholder.
• Notarized proof from the landlord documenting permission for all parties to reside in the home or apartment.
• Valid Parent’s PA Driver’s License or State ID card.
• Parent must also provide one of the following items reflecting the address listed on the affirmation: W-2 Form, Public Assistance Letter, Current Pay Stub, Vehicle Registration Card, Utility Bill.

Please note: If proof of ownership or rental of the property is not in the parent/legal guardian’s name, Multiple Occupancy Affidavits must be completed. These affidavits are available at the Administration Building.

1. The registration process is completed in Skyward.
   • Be sure to make note of the username, email address and password for later use.
   • If you have an existing PDSD Skyward Account, you do not need to create a new one. Just simply login using your username and password.
2. Complete the online registration forms.
   • These forms provide the district with important contact and demographic information needed to create the initial student record. Please remember to hit submit at the end of the process or the registration will not be received.

Submit all required documents by uploading them to the Skyward platform.

Immunization records and birth certificates are required to be uploaded in order to submit enrollment online. If you are unable to submit documents electronically, you can schedule an appointment with the residency office to submit documents in person at the district administration office.  

Once a registration is complete and accepted, parents/guardians will receive official confirmation from the district.
